Alan Rouse [OB 1963 - 1970] was a climber who climbed some of the hardest mountains in the world and sadly met his death climbing K2, the second highest mountain in the world, in 1986. We have been advised that there will be a ceremony to award a Conservation Areas Wirral Heritage Blue Plaque in his memory.
