The following photographs were taken at the 1997 OB Dinner, held in Bushell Hall on 20th September.
The Dinner marked the 75th Anniversary of the founding of the OB Football Club and was the main event of a weekend of activities.
As many OBs and their families travelled to Birkenhead for the weekend, it seemed appropriate to break with the tradition of an OBs only Dinner and wifes and partners were also invited.
This produced a "capacity crowd" in Bushell Hall and based on this, a similar event is being planned for the Millenium OB Dinner in 2000.
